3 Easy Steps!

Step 1: Verify Rieke is your neighborhood School

Step 2: Gather Required Documents

• Two Proofs of Address (utility bills, etc)
• Proof of Age (passport, birth certificate, etc)
• Immunization Records. Do not bring in copies from your doctor, transfer data to the Certificate of Immunization Form.
• *Optional: Vision and Dental Screening

Step 3:

Enroll Online!

• If you are transferring from another PPS School fill out this paper registration document. Transferring stuff can start 48 hours after completed enrollment. 
• Visit PPS's Enrollment and Transfer site for more information. 
• Either upload the required documents or bring them to the office. 
• Enrollment is NOT complete until documents are turned in.
