All students K-5 need to have a completed Yearly Verification. 

• You can update contact information and pick up list. It helps the school ensure we have the most current information about your student.

• To complete this you need to login into ParentVue. While completing the Yearly Verification will be asked to upload your student's immunization records. Please don't let this stop you from completing the verification, we only need that IF we don't have a record on file (which we received when you registered). 

• Select the option to "bring a hard copy to the office".  Only notify the office if your student has any new immunizations, but otherwise you are good to go!

Additionally, parent/guardians can complete their yearly verification of student data through ParentVUE

To sign up for ParentVUE, you'll first need an Activation Letter from your school. If you have not already received a copy of your activation letter or having trouble activating your account, please kmathews1@pps.net
